Weight loss karao iska – Fans slam Suresh Raina for looking overweight ahead of IPL
Former India batter Suresh Raina is one of the best performers of Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League. The veteran has bailed the team out on numerous occasions.
Fondly called as ‘Chinna Thala’ by CSK followers, Raina is associated with the franchise for years.
The UAE leg of the IPL is set to start from September 19 and CSK have already reached Dubai to kick-start preparations.
During the first leg, Chennai Super Kings were second in the points table. Raina looked out of touch in the first leg of the tournament.
In one of the recent practice sessions, Raina was seen smiling. Fans didn’t like the picture as Raina was looking overweight and fans asked him to shed weight before the real action starts.

Apart from Mumbai Indians, CSK are one of the most successful teams in the league. He wants his IPL franchise to win the coveted IPL title one more time.
“Hopefully, when we go to Dubai, we will have a camp and we can again win it for him. I think the way we were playing this year, we were having some extra confidence from his captaincy and he was enjoying each other’s success. He was giving freedom to all the players and having Moeen Ali, Sam Curran, Dwayne Bravo, and Ruturaj in the side, we had the momentum. Hopefully, we can do it again this year for MS,” Raina said on Star Sports’ Cricket Connected.
