Watch – Virat Kohli sends ball out of Sharjah stadium with a no-look six

The no-look six is becoming popular and we now have a new entry to the list of cricketers who can hit it. During a match in the second leg of the IPL 2021, Royal Challengers Bangalore were up against Chennai Super Kings at the Sharjah Cricket Ground on September 24.

MS Dhoni asked Virat to bat first after winning the toss. Virat Kohli and Devdutt Padikkal gave RCB a flying start. In the fifth over of the innings, Virat decided to go after Shardul Thakur. He hit the length ball which landed on the roof of the stands, with a hit attaining a distance of 82 meters.

“I don’t even need to look, I heard the sound,” said Simon Doull.

“that’s the sound which the bowlers hear in their nightmares. That is some sound. What a shot! And it has gone sweetly from the bat,” said Sunil Gavaskar.

Deep Dasgupta noted, “That was a no-look shot. He didn’t even look at the ball where it was going. He knew it the moment he hit that shot, he knew that was going.”

Virat Kohli scored 53 runs off 41 balls.
