Watch – Mohammad Rizwan hits the exact strokes he played in shadow practice

Pakistan’s opener Mohammad Rizwan scored an unbeaten 79 in 55 deliveries to take his side to a memorable win against India. In his match-winning knock, he slammed every Indian bowler to boundaries.

He played a variety of shots against a formidable Indian bowling lineup. However, it was fascinating to see the Pakistani wicket-keeper shadow practice the same strokes well before the start of the match.

The International Cricket Council (ICC) posted a video on its official Twitter account where the right-hander was seen shadow practice the strokes even before a ball was bowled. He made full use of the practice and executed his shots to perfection. The video was captioned:

“Dream. Visualise. Execute. Mohammad Rizwan’s masterpiece started well before a ball was bowled.”

Apart from him, skipper Babar Azam also scored an unbeaten 68 runs against the Men in Blue in the ICC T20 World Cup. Earlier, Shaheen Afridi took three wickets to put India on the back foot from the first over of the match.
