Video: James Anderson bowls a stunning delivery to dismiss Rohit Sharma

he first Test match between England and India ended in a disappointing draw at Trent Bridge in Nottingham. The second Test match is taking place at the Lord’s in London.

Well, there is no doubt that Team India had the upper hand going into Day 5 of the first Test. They required 157 runs to take the opening lead. However, the final was washed out without a single ball being bowled.

England Test captain Joe Root won the toss and opted to bowl first in the second Test. Team India’s opening pair Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul constructed a vital 126-run partnership for the opening wicket.

During the partnership, Rohit Sharma went on to score runs in a confident manner. In the first Test, Rohit got out after scoring 36. However, he ensured to sort out his woes in the second Test.

James Anderson bowled a terrific out-swinger in the third ball of the 44th over. Rohit was not ready as the ball decked in late after landing on the seam. The ball went on to hit the back leg and hit the top of the off-stump.
