Umran Malik asked to stay back in UAE as India’s net bowler for T20 WC
According to a leading sports journalist, Vikrant Gupta, Umran Malik has been asked to stay back in the UAE as Team India’s net bowler during the upcoming T20 World Cup. The Sunrisers Hyderabad bowler impressed everyone with his raw pace.
The Kashmir based pacer bowled over 150kmph and his deliveries troubled almost all the batters in the Indian Premier League 2021. He was not a part of the original squad of the Hyderabad based franchise but the COVID-19 positive report of T Natarajan opened the doors for him.
Hearing Umran Malik is among those who’ve been asked to stay back in UAE as India’s net bowler during the T20 World Cup. He’s primed for the big league already

Even India skipper Virat Kohli met him during a match between Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). Virat wants the officials to keep a track of someone like Umran Malik.
Although Sunrisers finished last in the league, Umran Malik seems to have hit the right note.
