T20 World Cup 2021 – Sania joins her husband Shoaib ahead of India-Pakistan match
Pakistan will open their T20 World Cup campaign with a match against India on October 24. Sania Mirza, the Indian tennis star and wife of Shoaib Malik, has joined her husband in the bio bubble. The couple’s son is also with them.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) has allowed the family members of the players to be with them during the 2021 T20 World Cup in the UAE. Imad Wasim, Fakhar Zaman, Hasan Ali, Mohammad Rizwan, Mohammad Hafeez, and Usman Qadir have also taken their family members along with them.
Pakistan have never defeated India in the T20 World Cup. Shoaib Malik has played 116 T20I matches, scoring 2335 runs at an average of 31.13, Malik has also picked up 28 wickets. He is the most capped T20I player in the world.
