Sourav Ganguly makes another statement on Virat Kohli’s poor form, gives him important suggestion

Former Indian skipper Sourav Ganguly has backed Virat Kohli to find form in the upcoming Asia Cup 2022.

Kohli has been hit by a rough patch of late, unable to score runs across formats in international cricket.

The fact that he hasn’t touched a three-figure mark since 2019 has put him under pressure.

Kohli was rested for the West Indies and Zimbabwe tours. Ganguly feels it is a matter of time before the 33-year-old finds his form back.

“He needs to practice and play matches. Virat is a big player and has scored a lot of runs in all the formats. I am hopeful that he will score runs in the Asia Cup 2022.”

Kohli averages over 60 in the Asia Cup with India gearing up to play Pakistan on August 28.
