Delhi Capitals resumed their Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 campaign against Sunrisers Hyderabad on September 22. Kane Williamson won the toss and elected to bat first. With the likes of Kagiso Rabada, Anrich Nortje, and Ravichandran Ashwin in the bowling unit, Delhi Capitals bowled exceptionally well and restricted Sunrisers Hyderabad to 134 runs.

Apart from the bowlers, Shimron Hetmyer bagged a lot of attention in the first innings due to his new hairstyle.

The left-handed batter was sporting a new hairdo. While his hair at the top were coloured blue, the other sides were black. He was captured on camera and the fans praised him for his style. Meanwhile, Hetmyer 218 runs in 11 outings in the last edition of the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2021. The 24-year old played for Guyana Amazon Warriors and registered a couple of fifties.

Speaking of Delhi Capitals, the Rishabh Pant-led franchise was at the top of the standing when the league was suspended due to COVID-19 cases.
