‘She said yes’ – Deepak Chahar proposes to girlfriend during game against CSK
Chennai Super Kings (CSK) were hammered by Punjab Kings (PBKS) in their last league game of IPL 2021. KL Rahul scored an unbeaten 98 runs to lead his team to victory by 6 wickets. Chasing 135 runs, the Punjab based franchise completed the task in just 13 overs getting the NRR better than Mumbai Indians (MI). For CSK, Deepak Chahar conceded 48 runs from his four overs while dismissing Mayank Agarwal.
However, he had a memorable day off the field as he proposed to his girlfriend after the match. The pace bowler was seen going down on his knees to propose to his partner and she said Yes without any delay with the people applauding the couple.

Meanwhile, Faf du Plessis scored a brilliant 76 off just 55 deliveries. Many thought that Punjab will struggle but KL Rahul knock made all the difference in the end. He smashed seven fours and eight sixes and looked fluent till the end.
