Raina & Dhoni finishing together gives vibes of IPL 2011 – Fans react as legends lead CSK to win

Chennai Super Kings defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore by six wickets to register their second consecutive victory of the UAE leg. The three-time champions played a perfect game from start to finish.

MS Dhoni and Raina added 24 runs to lead their IPL franchise to win. Earlier, MS Dhoni won the toss and elected to field first. Virat Kohli and Devdutt Padikkal added 111 runs for the first wicket and it looked like RCB would cross the 200-run mark at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium.

However, after the dismissal of Virat Kohli, the CSK bowlers struck regularly and the RCB managed just 156/6 in 20 overs. While Dwayne Bravo took three wickets, Shardul Thakur dismissed two batsmen.

Chasing 157 runs to win, CSK got a good start courtesy Faf du Plessis and Ruturaj Gaikwad. Moeen Ali and Ambati Rayudu also played handy knocks. The finishing job was done by Suresh Raina and MS Dhoni.
