MS Dhoni will not cross line as a mentor of Team India – Sourav Ganguly
Former India skipper and current BCCI President, Sourav Ganguly, believes MS Dhoni will not interfere in the matters related to the team. According to him, Dhoni will not cross the line as he is a mature person. Speaking to Aaj Tak, Dada further added that Shastri is the head coach and Virat Kohli is the captain and MSD knows this pretty well.
The BCCI and the team management had a discussion before bringing Dhoni on board for the ICC T20 World Cup and his association with the Men in Blue will not be extended. The legendary wicket-keeper batsman has joined the team after leading Chennai Super Kings (CSK) to the fourth title in the Indian Premier League (IPL).
India will play against Pakistan on October 24 in Dubai. While India won both warm-up games, Pakistan won one and lost the second one. Both rivals have completed their preparations for the all-important clash and the players are looking forward to the match.
