Mitchell Marsh announces engagement with Greta Mack
Australian all-rounder Mitchell Marsh recently got engaged with his long-time girlfriend Greta Mack. He took to social media to break the news. Marsh posted an adorable picture with his fiancée. The pic shared by the Aussie cricketer was from an exotic beachside venue where she showed the engagement ring.
Earlier, Marsh was named in Australia’s squad of T20 World Cup which is all set to start in the UAE from October 17.
Marsh was the star performer for Australia in the T20I series against the West Indies. He scored three half-centuries in five matches. Though the visitors lost the T20Is 1-4, Marsh’s was lauded for his performance.
Former Australia selector Waugh is expecting a good performance from Marsh and Maxwell in the upcoming T20 World Cup.
“I think it’s a very strong squad more than capable of winning the World Cup. I think there’s a good mixture of experience and quality players,” Waugh told foxsports.com.au.
“I think they have (got it right). And I think the form of Mitchell Marsh and Mitchell Starc was outstanding on those tours. They’re big players I think at the World Cup. I think Marsh is a really big player and Glenn Maxwell too I think are the guys who can win us the T20 World Cup,” added Waugh.
