ICC T20 World Cup – Irfan names India’s playing XI for Pakistan match, Ashwin misses out

India and Pakistan will clash on October 24 and both teams have completed their preparations for the mega clash in Dubai. India have defeated Pakistan five times in the history of the T20 World Cup. Considering the form of the team Indian team, the Virat Kohli-led team is expected to thump Pakistan.

Ahead of the match, the team management will have to work hard on the composition of the team as Ishan Kishan has hit the top form. Former Indian all-rounder Irfan Pathan has selected his Indian playing XI. Speaking on Star Sports, he didn’t select Ishan Kishan in the side. Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul, Virat Kohli and Suryakumar Yadav were the top four batters followed by Rishabh Pant and Hardik Pandya.

Varun Chakravarthy was the only specialist spinner in the side with Ravindra Jadeja being the all-rounder. Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Mohammed Shami and Jasprit Bumrah completed the bowling line-up.
