I would love to see India and West Indies compete in the finale of T20 World Cup – Dinesh Karthik
Dinesh Karthik is enjoying his time as a commentator in England. The veteran recently previewed the 16-team ICC World T20 2021 tournament with co-hosts, Daren Sammy and Isa Guha. The International Cricket Council has revealed the fixtures for the event which will be starting from 17th October this year.
He predicted the two finalists of the ICC World T20 2021. While he wants India to qualify for the finale, he picked the West Indies as his second favourite team.
“I would love to see India and West indies final. I think my second favourite team after India would definitely be West Indies, only for the way they play cricket. I think this format, they love it, it brings out their best in them and I would love to see West Indies in the final. Whether I want them to win it that will depend on the opponent that day,” Karthik said during ICC’s digital show.
