I feel bad for India – Dale Steyn

Dale Steyn said “Virat Kohli will be gutted” after India’ second consecutive defeat in the ongoing ICC T20 World Cup. The Kiwis defeated the Men in Blue by 8 wickets in Dubai. Put into bat, India scored just 110 for 7 in 20 overs.

Trent Boult took three wickets while Ish Sodhi returned with two scalps as New Zealand’s bowling kept dismissing Indian batters.

Chasing 111 runs to win, Daryl Mitchell made 49 and skipper Kane Williamson remained unbeaten on 33 to guide New Zealand to an 8-wicket win.

“Virat Kohli will be gutted, losing a game they just had to win tonight whereas New Zealand will be jubilant. I feel bad for India,” said Dale Steyn.

India will next face Afghanistan in their third match on November 3 in Abu Dhabi.
