Hardik Pandya taken for scans after getting hit on shoulder during ICC T20 World Cup match against Pakistan
India all-rounder Hardik Pandya has been taken for scans after he received a blow on his shoulder during the ICC T20 World Cup match against Pakistan on Sunday.
“Hardik Pandya was hit on his right shoulder while batting. He has now gone for scans,” the BCCI’s media team informed.
The right-handed batsman scored 11 runs with the bat as India was sent into bat first by Babr Azam. Virat Kohli scored 57 to take India to 151/7 in their 20 overs.
Earlier, Shaheen Afridi pushed back India from the starting after he took key wickets of Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul. The Pakistan pacer also dismissed Virat Kohli in the death overs.
