Fans come out in support of Shami after hatemongers leave nasty comments on his Instagram profile
India as a country has come to a point where religious hatred is being played out in and everything. Mohammed Shami, who is a proud Indian and one of the best bowlers, was targeted by hatemongers, after his ordinary performance against Pakistan. He was cursed because of his religion and the comments on his Instagram profile were nasty.
However, the fans came out in his support in large numbers after reading the poisonous comments on his profile.
The islamophobic hate against #shami with aspersions on his patriotism and his commitment to the country. If this and the state enabled hatred against Indian minorities is not worth taking a knee, I don’t know what is @imVkohli @BCCI

Loads of respect for what u've achieved, one random loss to #Pakistan isnt going to reduce the love.
Also understand ur multi-crore deals & ur need to stay silent; but PLEASE dont ever ever do this #BLM assholery again.
Try taking a knee for #Shami to begin with… pic.twitter.com/67ONld7oBG

The real losers are the dirty morons who are abusing our cricketers.
This is the true character of the right-wing and their hate-mongers.

Mohammed Shami conceded 43 runs in 3.5 overs against the arch-rivals. However, he was not the only one who had an ordinary day as other players also struggled against Pakistan.
The Babar-led team played a perfect game and thumped India by 10 wickets to register their first victory over India in the ICC event.
It was Shaheen Afridi’s show in the bowling department while Mohammad Rizwan and Babar Azam completed the task as batsmen.
