Fans accuse Rashid Khan of match-fixing against India, target him on social media
India played exceptionally well against Afghanistan and won the game by a margin of 64 runs. Despite winning the toss, Afghanistan failed in all the departments of the game. Indian batters went after the bowlers and scored 210/2 from 20 overs.
Rashid Khan, the best spinner in the shortest format of the game, conceded 36 runs from four overs. He went wicketless as well. Chasing 211 runs to win, Afghanistan lost wickets at regular intervals and managed just 144/7 in 20 overs.
Instead of accepting India as a better team, some fans took to Twitter to target Rashid Khan for his performance against the Men in Blue.
