Dinesh Karthik opens up on team goals for 4th T20I vs WI

Veteran keeper-batter Dinesh Karthik has stated that Team India would look to win the series in the 4th T20 against West Indies. He admitted that the visitors would have to adapt to conditions in Florida. The Men in Blue are leading 2-1 at the moment with two matches to go.

‘We would like to win the series with a win in the upcoming game. We all know that West Indies are a good team. The players will have to adapt to conditions quickly, which we failed when we went to St Kitts,” he said.

Team India began the T20I series with a Tarouba, Trinidad match before playing the next two games in St Kitts. The tour will end in Florida.

“One of the key things that Rohit (Sharma) and Rahul (Dravid) bhai have spoken is adaptability. Understanding the situations that we have done well so far.”

After a five-wicket defeat in the second T20I, India returned well to thump the Nicholas Poorna-led side by seven wickets in the third contest and claimed a 2-1 lead in the series.
