After Shami, Fans target Dhoni for India’s batting failure against New Zealand
India never had a start against New Zealand and the poor batting performance once again impacted the Men in Blue’s scoring run-rate in the ongoing ICC T20 World Cup.
Despite being a team full of match winners, India scored 110 for 7 from the allotted 20 overs. The inclusion of Ishan Kishan in place of Suryakumar Yadav and his promotion in the batting order failed miserably.
After his early dismissal, India never recovered and the regular fall of wickets gave the Kiwis an upper hand.
Meanwhile, MS Dhoni, who was appointed as a mentor ahead of the global event, was trolled by the fans. They blasted him for failing to inspire Team India during the matches against Pakistan and New Zealand.
